The salon itself is nice and has a good atmosphere but was surprised how unprofessional the staff was. We had to wait to get called in to our appointment, even though there weren't other customers. We didn't feel like we got the service that we needed, the staff did not seem to respect that we had never had a tan before so needed guidance. For example she did not tell my friend to remove her deodorant, so she had huge white patches under her arms the next day. The tan itself has very uneven and I had to go back in the room twice because I realised after dressing up that my arm was only half done. Would not go back.
