The venue is very nice, new and clean. Easy to find in the city centre. The room was big and very nice. The massage was nice! The only thing I would improve is the staff service: the lady was very very nice but a bit cold and without any interaction. She did a few quick questions before to start the massage, without even introduce herself or say her name; and after the massage she just disappeared. She left without asking how the massage was, or considering the area of tightness or advising other treatments or massages, or even saying goodbye. She just disappeared. This was a bit impersonal and cold. A part for this I really enjoyed the massage.
