Sorry for being late 5 minutes, yesterday i got a call is it ok to wait for 15 minutes for waxing i said yes sure no problem at all, and than I reached 3:20 instead of 3:00 pm than the lady told me as i am late i can only have either full leg and underarm or full hand plus underarm waxing than i choose full leg and underarm, see the charges on Treatwell i have seen 30% off on full leg and underarm only which is 14£+ 4.20£ i guess, and on full hand it shows full price so total will be 41£ u can check it, but unfortunately because being late I didn’t get any discount of 30% either on leg or underarm which is quite unexpected and when i give screenshot of booking to the staff she told me because i have booked combo offer I won’t get it, than I explained firstly it’s not any combo offer its just 30% off on two services i have seen on Treatwell, than again she trying to convince me that just because u book from Treatwell u won’t get offer here on counter, i was shocked what she tries to explain me??? Than to avoid more unnecessary discussion i have paid full amount without any discount. But seriously i am quite disappointing with the confusion they create about discount. U know i was impressed with the waxing they does but at the time of payment they create mess so i am sorry Treatwell or millie it’s not fair to gave offer on app and if we didn’t pain by card before we won’t get any offer. SAD!
