I am a regular at Millie’s and this is my go to wax place - although my most recent visit was disappointing. The therapist I normally have was busy so I had a someone different. She didn’t prep the area to be waxed, didn’t talk me through what she was doing, did not speak to me to greet me and then did not say goodbye or tell me that she was finished so I assumed I was okay to leave!
I’ve always had a good experience here so I am a little disappointed. Will stick to my usual therapist.
