The actual end result was fine however during the treatment the beautician used hot wax on the skin that she’d just used strip wax so the skin was very sensitive and burnt a lot. I’ve had many Hollywood waxes before and rarely feel/ mention the pain but I told her it was very hot and painful and asked if she could move it and she didn’t really reply/carry on. But she then began trying to pull the hot wax off before it had dried so was pulling a lot on the skin which was extremely painful. I felt like she was in a rush and wasn’t necessarily taking the care I had previously had at this salon from other beauticians.
