I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and I didn’t get taken into the treatment room until 5 minutes after my appointment time (which is when I believe the massage should have started!). Then I was left for about 5 minutes to get ready for the massage. Although the staff member was lovely she’s clearly inexperienced. The massage was rushed and she just kept putting a ridiculous amount of oil on me! The treatment then finished 10 minutes early so overall I think I only had a 35 minute massage which is advertised as 55 minutes! Although the treatment is much cheaper than other salons in the city centre, I won’t be returning.

The therapists were lovely, the only issue is the gel manicure I had is now starting to chip 4 days later...This shouldn't be happening and I'm pretty disapointed
