Always a welcoming experience at Saks, was seen quickly and shown upstairs where Shannon had everything ready to go. Water was lovely and hot to soak my feet in beforehand and was given a nice range of polish colours to choose from and didn't feel rushed in choosing a colour. Was offered a drink and the chair was comfy and Shannon did a great job filing my feet and applying the polish, I came away feeling refreshed and was very happy with how neat my nails looked, thanks again!
