Rachael is nice and did do a good job but I prefer a massage that is more intense as I was is a lot of pain from sitting in a chair for a long period of time. The room was not the best but that’s not Rachael’s fault. Was nice and would recommend. It’s not 5 stars as I booked a different person as I like to try different professionals when I go but got another person last minute. I call would have been nice but I was not aware.
