I booked for 1530 but when it came up it said 1545. I got showed to the waiting room and staff came in the waiting room but none asked if I was OK or if I wanted a drink. I had to ask them in the end if they knew I was booked in

Waited for 15 minutes not knowing if anyone knew I was waiting or not, went down to the till and they didn’t realise (even though I told them when I arrived). I was on my lunch too so what was meant to be a 15 minute trip ended up being longer than half an hour
