It was a busy Saturday, I understand that. While the ambience of the treatment room is nice, the facial was done in a somewhat rush manner and the massaging motions on my face was done quick and brief compared to the one I had in my last visit in the summer. The cleaning up after each facial step was also a bit rough on the face.

Customer service and empathy 5 stars. I had to cancel a prepaid booking due to a family emergency.
Not only did they honour my prepayment; but my therapist, Emma, took the time to pass on her condolences. She offered me herbal “tea and sympathy” which was just enough and very much appreciated.
The pedicure was amazing as always and I’m now walking on air.
Thank you for making me feel human again.
