Customer service and empathy 5 stars. I had to cancel a prepaid booking due to a family emergency. Not only did they honour my prepayment; but my therapist, Emma, took the time to pass on her condolences. She offered me herbal “tea and sympathy” which was just enough and very much appreciated. The pedicure was amazing as always and I’m now walking on air. Thank you for making me feel human again.
