Customer service and empathy 5 stars. I had to cancel a prepaid booking due to a family emergency.
Not only did they honour my prepayment; but my therapist, Emma, took the time to pass on her condolences. She offered me herbal “tea and sympathy” which was just enough and very much appreciated.
The pedicure was amazing as always and I’m now walking on air.
Thank you for making me feel human again.

Really great massage and really friendly staff.
Massage was cut 5 minutes short when looked at the time before and time after which was a bit of a shame as I was told to come abit before to get full treatment. Didn’t start until a few minutes after then finished at 25 not half past.
This has also happened to me before here and it does make a difference when it’s a shorter treatment.
Overall still satisfied though just a point for future reference!
