It was my first time visiting Millies for a bikini wax. Zoe made me feel really welcome and at ease. She could tell I was a bit nervous, but I was impressed at how short the whole experience lasted and was relatively pain free.
I will definitely be returning again soon!

The treatment itself was good. However, the appointment started 15 minutes late which was inconvenient as I had somewhere to dash off to straight after. The room temperature was also a bit cold. My hair was mistakenly pulled a few times whilst the therapist leaned over to grab the needed products - whilst I know this was an inadvertent mistake, it was reckless - I sense this happened as the appt started late and she wanted to make up for lost time.
