Terrible experience. I had previously had my eye lashes done here. I came back a month later to have them removed. I was told by the beautician that she couldn't see my previous appointment on their system and therefore 'it was not worth her time' to remove them for me. After she spoke to her manager she eventually agreed to remove them. This involved her not bothering to apply the pads properly and lathering my eyelashes in strong chemicals.
