I mistakenly booked for eyebrow tinting when I wanted shaping. The salon happily changed the appointment for me. Zoe was so patient with me and just shaped my brows the way I wanted! Would definitely recommend and will visit again soon.

I hardly leave comments but I had such great experience at Saks! My hair is dark thick and very challenging to deal with (Southeast Asian hair!) and I just had a very bad haircut from somewhere else that needs a lot of fix. Carmel was amazing; she was honest and realistic about how much we could achieve with the length and style I currently have. And she managed to fix it to give it a finesse. I’m impressed! This could be the first haircut in UK I came out feeling great about it!
