This was the first time I've visited Saks and I very much enjoyed it. Being able to book a restyle specifically meant that the time was taken to talk through what I wanted and what might work for my hair and face shape. I just wanted a change and I really like the cut that my stylist suggested

Pros:
The salon is clean and unfussy in its decor.
It was quiet at 9.30am.
The staff were friendly and I was offered a drink.
Seher spent some time talking over what I wanted (restyle from shoulder length to short)
Cons:
The lighting is very subdued, whilst flattering it's a little impractical.
Some 'mistakes' in the cut: some hairs that had been missed, uneven cutting of sideboards (see above)
I booked a senior stylist at 1/2 price offer, but my cut wasn't of the standard I expected
