Chelsea was really fantastic, I came in with really damaged broken hair from bleaching and colouring. It was an embarrassment tbh! She turned it into a beautiful graduated Bob and I couldn't be happier. Staff were lovely and friendly and nice to me even though I was rude over phone after thinking they were cold callers! Thanks a lot
