I’ve just had my nails & feet done before I go away on holiday and have come out feeling amazing! Emma has done a perfect job with my very short, ruined nails! They now look lovely and glam again. The best thing was the customer service, Emma was so friendly and easy to talk to, it made the appointment that much better. Thank you so much Emma!!! And already can’t wait to come back again x

I didn’t realise how much hair had been removed until going home - I’ve never had my eyebrows this thin before, therefore it’s concerning to me that I wasn’t asked about how I like them before they were completely reshaped. I have a scar above my eye which is now less hidden than usual. And the middle of my eyebrows were not tidied. I won’t be returning to this this establishment again.
