It was our first time at Saks and we had lovely experience. We had facial, light therapy and a Swedish massage booked with Sharon. She was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything about the facial and other therapies. We were very pleased with overall service provided.

My daughter came for her nails doing with Zoe she couldn’t decide on colours zoe was very patient and let her try a few different ones. The shellac manicure was really well done she made my daughter feel at ease offered us both drinks. Lovely warm welcome and friendly staff and very clean.
