Listening to my wife after she had received her pampering session, she told me that the whole experience was brilliant until going to shower after her body wrap. She believes the shower room requires much needed improvements to enhance the cleanliness of the room.

First time visit to Saks. Was really impressed with the salon itself. I had a gel manicure with Emma who was very friendly, chatty and did a sterling job with my nails....very happy. She also booked me in for an impromptu spraytan which was brilliant. Thank you I will definitely book again.
