Really happy with my hair cut and the overall experience. It was my first time visiting Saks and I'll be returning for sure. Victoria was knowledgeable and friendly, They listened to what I wanted but also gave advice on what would work best for my hair. My hair is in much better condition and layers cut in have made my natural curls become more defined, bouncy and easier to handle.

Staff were lovely, but unfortunately the colour of the gel polish started to fade and turn yellow after only one day. I would expect the colour to last at least two weeks.
