Too quick - took less than half the amount of time it was supposed to. I was very uncomfortable, the room was too sterile and large, like a doctors room. The bed was old, hard, rickety. The room was outdated. When the waxer went out to “change the wax” I was hopeful but within a few hours of the wax, I had 2 massive whiteheads, which hasn’t happened to me in 2+ years of waxing. It was rushed and I had to finish up with a razor afterwards. Very disappointed and upset, definitely won’t be back

First time visit to Saks. Was really impressed with the salon itself. I had a gel manicure with Emma who was very friendly, chatty and did a sterling job with my nails....very happy. She also booked me in for an impromptu spraytan which was brilliant. Thank you I will definitely book again.
