My hair is really thick and knotty. After 8 months of growing out my hair, I decided to have a cut. Jules was really gentle with my hair and handled it extremely well. She was also extremely polite and welcoming. I left the salon feeling extremely happy and confident. Thankyou!

They use tea tree wax which is good, but unfortunately there are still quite a few hairs on my legs to the point where they feel prickly!

Jules was very very very nice, chatty and very gentle with my hair, but I just felt like she is lacking some experience on how to deal with my curly hair, the blow dry if it wasn't absolutely perfect, it will end up a bit frizzy, which unfortunately happened.
Still she used the straightner to get it better and she was very sweet, I am leaving my feedback as a constructive one, and definitely will visit saks again and use the help of Jules, we are all learning in process ♥️
