The noise from other people having treatments next door was really loud, the CD player wouldn't work for ages in the room, once the noise was addressed, and the other people were a little quieter, the radio from downstairs was as audible as the relaxing sounds in the room. Not relaxing to hear The Strokes battle with Panpipes. Massage was fine but nor enough pressure (asked several times_ snd just felt like going through the motions. Average at best.
