The lady was lovely but definitely not trained or just couldn’t be asked doing her job. The nails are actually horrible. I didn’t have my glasses on so didn’t really notice until I left. The nails are bumpy and my cuticles flooded with gel polish. I could’ve done a better job with a £2 polish. There’s no way a trained nail artist will look at my nails and think they’ve done a good job. What a waste of £25. Definitely not returning, might as well do my own nails.
