Paid for wash and cut but she decided not to do it. Was booked in for an hour and took 20mins. Didn’t notice I’d had a haircut, that little was done.

Three days after the appointment and the nail polish/gel has already started chipping. During my appointment I noticed that not enough nail polish was applied but thought that the therapist would know better. Not the case! I've visited the salon before and was very satisfied but I can't say the same after my last visit.
