I had received a Hollywood wax and there was a load of hair left all over, my hairs were snapped, not pulled out by the root. There was wax left all over me. I had to get another Hollywood wax 2 days later by my usual. I paid for a treatment I didn’t really receive; the woman who did my treatment was lovely, but the actual outcome of my treatment was bad. I have contacted the salon about this problem and enquired a refund for a job that wasn’t done.They said I’d get a call back, I’ve had nothing
