Really great service! I have had my hair washed, cut and styled on a few occasions at this venue and each time it feels comfortable and accessible. Being neurodiverse, sometimes being in an environment with lots of sounds, movement and people already can feel overwhelming. However, each member of staff I have talked with in appointments have made me feel a lot more comfortable in spite of this, by thoroughly explaining each step, talking through the process, and being so welcoming and friendly.

Weather was horrible unf which is a shame so curls didn’t stay but as always super friendly nice lovely staff and always do their best to keep you happy. Good blow dry package which works out worthwhile so happy manager mentioned it and looking after loyal customers. Shannon is lovely always does her best to please esp with fussy clients like me who know what they want.
