It's my firs time in Saks to do manicure. I booked and paid for express manicure but have not got that service, it was only cut & file without even hand moisturizer. Also the polish colours very limited because most of them are dry. I did not put the colour I want because the one I chose was dry😅. Zoe was great but i'm not sure if she knew i was here for express manicure although I told her that.
