I had booked a Luxury pedicure which was for 1 hour 10 min. When I arrived, they told me that the service does not include nail polish services and if I need it they can do it but will not have time to do massage. I agreed to it as without removing a nail polish another cannot be applied. She started the service and after removing and applying the nail paint which took around 35 min, she said the treatment is done and not even basic pedicure service was provided which was not communicated

Very poor experience overall - brows left completely uneven (I even on multiple occasions asked her to redo the glue as the brows were that uneven), the tint was left on for about 30 seconds before before being wiped off, meaning that patches of tint were left on the skin but some hairs left untinted, she plucked from above the brow(!!!) but left the bottom pretty much untouched - safe to say my brows look horrific and I’m back to my old brow place tomorrow to have them fixed!
