My recent Hollywood wax experience at this salon was highly disappointing. The waxer remained silent throughout, leaving me uncomfortable and unsure of the service. The job was poorly done, with missed spots and uneven patches. Now I have to pay to get it done again. It was this specific waxer I booked. I never have these issues with the other women who are super lovely! I love this salon but honestly the experience was so terrible I had to say something sorry

Really poor haircut. Completely different lengths at one side. Also the layers are not blended.Will take a good couple of months to grow out to sort this haircut it will have to stay tied up.Really disappointed.
Nice salon and nice staff but at the end of the day a really bad cut.
