Had a really lovely therapist but extremely disappointed with the manicure itself. When I got home, I noticed the tips had not been painted thoroughly, there were areas where colour had not been applied and they looked outgrown already as the colour had not been taken down to the bottom of the nail bed. They also lifted after 7 days, which should not happen with BIAB. Have emailed twice about this with no response. Very disappointed!
