I had a great time getting my nails done by Francesca. She offered me lots of choice and made sure I was happy at each step. She was really friendly and we had a nice chat and my nails look great!

Everyone was really lovely and welcoming, but unfortunately when I got home I realised a lot of my wax was missed and weirdly it’s the only one that I’ve ever had that has left me with irritated bumps. My gel manicure was the most disappointing though. After getting home and looking closely it was really patchy 🙁 and it literally chipped off the very next day which has never happened to me before! I think the top coat was expired as it looked old and gloopy. Had to have them removed and redone
