Came in for eyebrows. Was immediately asked if I had cash and change. Was told to sit down in the chair before I could even ask what the price was! Totally shocked at the lack of customer service

Absurd and shocking place ....been here for years. For weeks no card payment. Again same today! Went and got cash. Then half way through threading asked if I had exact amount.....I said no as the cash point only gives notes. She stopped and expected me to go and get changed from somewhere!
So left saying I won't be back again. Absolutely shocking and such bad customer service

The lady who done my wax was very rough and didn’t even apologise. I was clearly in pain and making it obvious and no form of empathy, just vigorously ripping the wax off of my private area. Which is sensitive.
She was not friendly at all and lacked customer service.
I’ve been visiting for over a year now and regularly get both eyebrow and bikini wax. The ladies are friendly and always manage to accommodate. Would recommend to anyone

I booked a Hollywood wax at Sajna Beauty as my usual waxer has moved away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I was left very disappointed with the service itself. After the wax, I realized that the behind area was not included. When I asked, I was told that it’s considered a different service.
This is misleading and dishonest advertising a Hollywood wax, by definition, should include everything front to back. If you don’t offer the full service, it should not be listed as a Hollywood. Customers deserve clarity before booking, not surprise exclusions afterward.
Aside from this, the salon itself was clean and the women were kind, but unfortunately I won’t be returning because of the misleading service.
