I have been here twice, and both times it has seemed like they were not expecting me. There was no attempt at maintaining any modesty nor was I asked if the wax was too hot/okay at any time. The room was very basic and lacking any relaxing/inviting features. The wax itself was quite thorough but the overall experience was not pleasant. Also, they charged £6 extra for the ‘belly line’ but did not warn about this in advance.

My favourite salon. Usually I visit its main branch in Tooting but I tend to use the services of eyebrow threading, waxing and microdermabrasion facial if appointment is impossible in the Tooting branch. This is a much smaller branch and hairstyling/cut/colouring are not available. But the same staff work in both branches,so quality is similar and I never trust anyone else to do my eyebrows or facial!
Been coming here for about 10 years. A bit of a hit and miss.
Your favourite beautician (mine is a Mauritian lady that has blonde highlights) probably doesn’t work off-peak hours, so expect either long wait times or face the risk of having someone u have never used before.
Others may not give you desired results, so the effect is varied. I come here for eyebrow threading which is now £5 (wow).
They take card and they are currently operating a sanitise upon entry policy. Very clean and pretty environment. Small waiting area and space.
