I had my first waxing experience with Khusm, and I am beyond impressed! She is incredibly professional and made me feel so at ease from the moment I walked in. I was a bit anxious, but Khusm’s calm and friendly demeanor really helped me relax. She took her time, making sure everything was done perfectly, and the results are just amazing. My skin is so smooth, and I didn’t experience any discomfort at all. I honestly can’t recommend her enough – if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes you feel totally comfortable, Khusm is your go-to!

Came in for eyebrows. Was immediately asked if I had cash and change. Was told to sit down in the chair before I could even ask what the price was! Totally shocked at the lack of customer service

Been coming here for about 10 years. A bit of a hit and miss. Your favourite beautician (mine is a Mauritian lady that has blonde highlights) probably doesn’t work off-peak hours, so expect either long wait times or face the risk of having someone u have never used before. Others may not give you desired results, so the effect is varied. I come here for eyebrow threading which is now £5 (wow). They take card and they are currently operating a sanitise upon entry policy. Very clean and pretty environment. Small waiting area and space.
