I have been here twice, and both times it has seemed like they were not expecting me. There was no attempt at maintaining any modesty nor was I asked if the wax was too hot/okay at any time. The room was very basic and lacking any relaxing/inviting features. The wax itself was quite thorough but the overall experience was not pleasant. Also, they charged £6 extra for the ‘belly line’ but did not warn about this in advance.

I didn’t realize until I’d left that not all the nail gel had been removed. Wish she’d paid more attention to detail.
