I booked two appointments which were confirmed, I turned up& the whole shop was shut with shutters down. Every time I have booked there has always been issues with the booking, either they are closed, busy, or call me to request for me to come a few hours earlier than I had booked for,and when I say I can’t as I have a job,they cancel the booking. I would really really avoid this place, there are so many other salons/ beauty places available and I have 95% of the time had issues with this place

Not very good. The simple short bob I asked for was not made properly straight despite asking multiple times, in the end I just left. The cover wasn't fastened properly so all the hair ended up down my back. Plus there was construction going on.

I booked and paid, went to the venue and it was closed for refurbishment. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Hope to get a refund soon, as couldn’t even talk to anyone at Treatwell, virtual assistant only.

I booked an appointment and the saloon was closed, no notification, no communication. Absolutely nothing, it has been closed for 2 days now yet they still allowed an appointment to be made. Poor customer service. Some communication would have been appreciated, as I ended up going elsewhere.
