Saja seems very nice and I wish her business all the best, but I have to be honest, the facial was a very unpleasant experience, I had product rubbed so liberally on my face and in my eyes so much they stung, it was also rubbed on my mouth . A mobile phone call was taken during the appointment which I didn’t think was appropriate. I’m not sure if this was a different type of facial but I’ve never had one like this and found the experience the opposite of relaxing

Location is not that curated, which doesn’t help the overall feeling when getting treatment. Waxing was decent but wasn’t that meticulous
