The gel manicure was close to unacceptable quality, and I was injured during the process. The issue was not only due to the technician’s mistake, but also because she continued working on the bleeding areas despite my request to leave it alone.
The salon appeared to provide quality work overall and seemed to have regular customers. However, during the morning rush, it felt as though customer care, kindness, and empathy were definitely overlooked.
On a positive note, the face threading was good
