I went on time, but had called the place to say that I may be a little late -5 to 10 mins, When I arrived at the place, she said she can not treat me as I was late (which I wasnt-not even a minute) and also I had booked through Treatwell inspite of being told not to book through Treatwell. I asked them to reimburse my taxi fare but she refused. She was racist and rude. I will never visit this place again. I asked them to remove their listing from Treatwell if they despise it so much !!

I booked an appointment and the shop was closed as they were at the festival so it was a waste of time. They should have marked it as closed on the app.

It's a small space but tidy, welcoming and relaxed but professional environment. Therapists know what they're doing and you get good service and thorough work. My only niggle is the range of mail colours is a bit limited but there's something there for most. Great fast service and no complaints. Happily return!
