I've never had a massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Louisa was amazing. She reassured and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated with my body as calm and at peace as my mind. This might just be the best self care practice I've ever done, I can't wait to come back.

I was blown away by the massage I received. Louisa really understood my needs and was able to alleviate my issues efficiently and with so much compassion and care. Her extensive knowledge and experience in holistic practices including Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Medical Intuitive healing, give her a well practised ability to support wellbeing in others. Louisa takes inspiration from her time spent travelling around Egypt to blend ancient wisdoms for modern day purpose. Louisa believes that wellbeing is our birth right and that there is more than one path to healing, health and wellbeing for body mind and soul. Louisa gives emphasis to the body and minds need to feel safe in order to reset the nervous system and instigate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Her wisdom is profound and her results with her clients speak for themselves. Experiencing Louisa's sessions is a must for everyone!
