First time visiting Alex for a sorts massage in the run to 10km race. He concentrated on the areas I asked him to and was careful not to use too much pressure. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he is doing. Will defo go back.

Booked in the night before for a back, neck and shoulder massage as I have a physical job and was in a bit of discomfort. Alex asked me where I was having issues and as soon as he started the treatment he knew exactly where I needed the work doing. Great location, friendly atmosphere, Alex made me feel really relaxed, we had a good laugh, he worked his magic on me and I left with my back feeling brand new again. Thanks mate 😜🤟🏼.
