I had a Brazilian was which I handed for a while and instead shaved which meant I had tough hairs and also a few ingrown. The process was very thorough and she had removed all my ingrown hairs however it was very painful. She did reassure me that it would be better next time. She was a perfectionist and no hair left in the wrong place. She explained what she was doing the whole time and reassured me. I think I’ll be back.
