The first 2 times it was ok. But the 3rd time I went I did not get what I asked for. I asked for highlights (i am going gradually blonder) and what should have been lowlights/toner to refresh colour. What happened was I was turned into a GREEN flat brunette (over toned). I was promised it would "wash out"but it hasnt - I'm v. green. Politely asked if we could do something as I paid and it was blamed on me and she says she wont do my hair anymore. Have to pay someone else so much to fix it.
