Exceptionally good for removing tension and knotted muscles, but can be painful at times. Balance is that the pain is where the massage is doing good.

Our therapists were amazing. I've never had a massage quite like it. I walked out feeling a little sore but completely relaxed. In one hour the massage took a number of different turns from pressure points to reflexology to hot stones and a woman standing on my back/bum. My partner and I were both extremely happy and will definitely be coming back.
