They did not realise that I've a booking and I had to call a few times to get through to someone, but apparently they told me they were supposed to block out the day but they did the wrong date. Massage was not great for authentic deep tissue, i mentioned to have more focus on the back but it was too light. On the flip side, the staff was friendly, maybe I caught her on her off day.
