I enjoyed the experience, although the Thai massage did cause me some pain the next day. The layout of the venue felt fairly cramped; it's like a little underground rabbit warren! The massage bed was too small for me, as I'm a tall lady and over 1/3 of my body was dangling off the end of the bed. This was down to the tiny size of the room and consequently, I wasn't able to relax properly. The steam room was great, but a cramped shower cubicle and no changing rooms let it down.

My experience was a first time one I have a lot of problem with tight muscles and tension in the legs and lower back which also creates my shoulders to feel tight and uncomfortable. My therapist was very helpful and good at treating the areas where I needed the muscles relieving. She was helpful and even gave me some advice on what to do to improve things with exercise and lifestyle. Thanks a lot for the help and treatment.

Really good massage by the therapist. I left feeling rejuvenated and woke up the next day with less tension in my body. Overall, a therapeutic experience.
