Many times I have booked on this place through Treatwell only for the place to be closed when I show up. Now recently my sister booked eyebrow threading , waited 45 mins, only to then be told the threading lady wasn’t even there.Very disorganized.

I really wanted to enjoy this facial, as I’ve booked it after a terrible day and I wanted some relax. Unfortunately there was nothing relaxing about this massage, the lady was nice but the massage was unnecessarily aggressive - she would push my temples really hard to the point where it made me uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed. She left the room several times and started washing her bowls and tools as I was sitting there with a mask on. Unfortunately I don’t recommend it at all
