When arrived, staff were friendly but were not aware I had made an appointment online and pre-paid so then was taken to a room without communication of whether I had actually booked and was going to be receiving the massage or not? Left for 10 minutes. The massage itself was okay but half way through the music was interrupted by a really loud and disruptive YouTube advert and massage therapist did not apologise, or attempt to turn it off? Massage therapist was nice but kept talking throughout?

I had the most magical massage here at Saan Suk Thai. After being left feeling disappointed from another local massage place this was the oasis I had been looking for. The lady really paid attention to every muscle and I especially enjoyed the hand / feet and face massage (who knew we held so much tension in our jaw!) … the hot towel was also a nice touch. I felt amazing and so relaxed after it really was a beautiful experience which I would highly recommend. Thank you.
